Notifiable Diseases Act 1981 (NT) #
Section 29 states that where a public sector employee is present in a room or at a place where a matter under this Act concerning another person is being discussed, that employee shall preserve, and aid in preserving, secrecy concerning all matters and things that come to their knowledge, except as otherwise required.
